The
WWE Network is a planned cable television network owned by WWE, to be launched in 2012.
The current goal is to form a "hybrid" network incorporating a
traditional TV distribution model with online/mobile distribution. It
was announced on the September 5, 2011 episode of
WWE Raw that the WWE Network will launch sometime in 2012.
It was first reported that WWE was looking to launch the network April 1, 2012.
Sources are now saying that WWE is pushing back the launch of the network until November 2012
